Which languages are supported?

Use any listed language for the interface and your study guide. Voice interviews need an enabled moderator in the chosen language. Changing the interface language does not change an existing study’s interview language.

What do I need to get started?

Start with a research goal and the people you want to hear from. Create your guide, preview the conversation, then share the interview link with a participant.

Can I edit what the AI creates?

Yes. You can edit the research goal, questions, follow-up guidance, and participant experience. Preview the study and review the guide before you start collecting responses.

How does pricing work?

Your first study and first completed interview are free. Then €2 per completed interview, VAT included. No subscription. Incomplete interviews and demos are not billed. After your free interview, add a payment method. Each subsequent completed interview is charged automatically.

Can I try a real conversation?

Yes. Open the conversation tab and start the live voice demo. It uses the same interview services and asks for microphone permission before starting.

When is an interview billable?

A real research interview counts after completion with a saved participant answer. Demos, previews and incomplete interviews are not billed.
